Smoke Cleansing Wands should NOT be handled by children or left unattended or within reach near children or pets. Do not eat or taste any stone, crystal or smoke cleansing wand. Crystals and stones can have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies. Small stones, especially tumbled stones have an appearance similar to candy which may lead to eating or placing in their mouth. Keep all items away from children and pets as well. :)

Due to the inherent nature of fire, and the inherent flammable nature of natural essential oils contained within plants, and the inherent flammable nature of plant material you hereby state that you absolve Onyx California and its associates of all legal liability upon purchasing through our website.
We cannot control or reliably predict how herbs, flames, embers, smudges, sage, wands, cleansers, or incenses will burn. Each of our products is thoroughly tested and each ingredient is thoroughly researched. Environmental factors such as humidity or lack thereof can cause smoke wands to burn more vigorously than intended.
Each smoke wand, cleanser is good for approximately 1-5 uses depending on user experience and all naturally occurring factors such as how flammable certain materials may be.
It is your sole responsibility to practice responsible fire safety standards and routines within your home. Per our recommendation, you should always light your herbal cleanser over a fire proof container. Please open windows and/or doors in your home to allow in fresh air and ventilation. Be advised that due to the inherent nature of fire and dry herbs and plant matter, an entire smudge/wand/herbal cleanser may be consumed when lit. We are not responsible for user error, unwise fire safety, or inability to follow tested and provided instruction. We do not guarantee the number of uses per smoke wand or herbal cleanser.
(Some may say that if an entire wand or cleanser is burned in a single use, your energy, magic, ritual, prayer, or intention may have needed it. We make no claims.)
