WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Depending on the size and weight of your package, we always choose the lowest cost shipping option possible through USPS. If at any point the shipping is lower than what is charged, I will refund you the difference!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Most of our products are made to order.. so please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship out of Las Vegas, Nevada so depending on your location in the United States, it may take anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks to arrive.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

How Shipping Works With Online Stores

Once we receive your order, it takes 2-4 business days to pull, prep, pack, and ship your package.

Once we hand your package to USPS, you will need to communicate with them in regards to any questions about delivery of your package.

We do not have access to the internal, private systems of other shipping companies and therefore we cannot provide you information about where your package is, when it will be delivered, or further requests or delivery instructions.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your package, you need to contact the courier as your shipping contract is with them directly. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?

If you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or by visiting our contact page. Please include your name, order number and the correct shipping address. If your order has not been fulfilled or shipped, we are happy to make changes.
If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, or because you have moved and did not update your forwarding mail address, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time.

WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE WITH MY PACKAGE DELIVERY?

The mail carrier is responsible for delivery of your package. We have no control over how quickly any shipping service delivers a package once it leaves our business. You can always contact your local USPS office and ask to speak to the post master for further support on the delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages; as we have no control once it leaves our hands and over to the courier, but we do everything we can from our side with the United States Postal Service to help you locate your lost package.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order is over $150 we may require a signature for delivery.  This is for your protection as the USPS mail system is not always infallible.  If this is an issue, please message us on the contact page after you place your order if above $150**
